Happy Lunar New Year everybody! What’s new?
“What’s new?” is Tori’s catchphrase and she asks me this every day. Most of the time I’m like, God, if you’re asking me what’s new between the last time we worked together and now, nothing is that brand new, my life isn’t an Instagram feed. But in the time since my last post, it feels like I’ve been through a lot – or at least I’ve experienced a lot – and that’s always good.
Anyways, I’m just hopping back on here to say I’m hopping back on here. I really did allow myself to gorge into the New Year. Western New Year didn’t count. My “Less Fun, More Goals” goal needs tightening up, so I have a few events planned in the upcoming months and continue to explore and read and write. Today I’m going to Costa Mesa for the largest Tết celebration outside of Vietnam. Yay.
